- Support for non-Windows operating systems
- Installation of dual-boot systems or unsupported third-party software
- Support for commercial grade or enterprise hardware
- Activities considered illegal (such as bypassing software protections)
These exclusions may vary based on your subscription and specific service agreement.
7. Subscriptions, Billing & Cancellation
Subscription Renewal
Your subscription may automatically renew on a monthly or annual basis unless canceled before the renewal date. You must provide a valid payment method and authorize recurring billing.
Billing Practices
Fees may change over time. By maintaining your subscription, you agree to any changes in pricing after notice.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partially used subscription periods, unless otherwise stated in a separate refund policy.
