Most PCandPrinter software offers a free trial version so customers can evaluate the product before purchasing. Trial versions have limited functionality and are provided to help you make an informed decision and avoid purchasing software that may not meet your needs.

Because of this trial system, PCandPrinter provides a 30-day Money Back Guarantee for eligible products. Refunds will only be approved if the request is made within the applicable guarantee period and meets the criteria described below.

If a purchase exceeds the product’s money-back guarantee period, no refund will be given.

Technical Situations

Once a refund is issued, the associated software license will be deactivated. You must uninstall and remove the software from your device.
